Pet Food Structural Packaging Design
Client: TARGET Corp.
Lifelong brand was introduced by Target Corp. to leverage and reinforce its private label offerings in the PET food category. Following an extensive product manufacturing and packaging operations assessment, our team was able to identify proprietary opportunitties to differentiate the brand while improving its usability and impact at shelf.
Our solution is represented by a family of containers that share two modular components. One is a stock closure for compatibility in the filler and capper lines and the second component is a patented scoop-serving dish combination that snaps onto the bottle shoulders and profide disctinction at shelf. The scoop can also be inserted into existining SOM bags in the larger quantity offerings (20 and 40 lbs, bags)
